HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
1. BUST/CHEST
Stand upright with arms relaxed at your sides. Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure horizontal across your back. The tape should be snug but not tight.
2. WAIST
Find your natural waistline by bending to one side - it's the crease that forms. This is usually 2-3cm above your belly button. Measure around this narrowest part, keeping the tape horizontal. Don't suck in - breathe normally.
3. HIP
Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, usually about 20cm below your natural waistline. Keep the tape horizontal and parallel to the floor.
4. INSEAM
Measure from your crotch to where you want the leggings to end (typically at the ankle bone). Use a pair of well-fitting pants as a guide, or have someone help you measure while standing.
5. HEIGHT
Stand straight against a wall without shoes. Place a book flat on your head, touching the wall. Mark the wall, then measure from the floor to your mark.
6. HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE
Measure around your head at the widest part - usually about 2.5cm above your eyebrows, over the back of your head where it slopes up from the neck.
SIZING TIPS
- Take measurements over underwear or thin clothing for accuracy
- Use a soft measuring tape - if you don't have one, use string and measure against a ruler
- Between sizes? Size up if you prefer a relaxed fit, size down for a slimmer fit
- Check multiple measurements - if your bust is Size M but waist is Size L, go with Size L
- Merino stretches - our merino fabric provides natural stretch for comfort and movement
- Laundering note - merino naturally resists odor and requires less frequent washing
